NAD+ reconstitution example

This worked example uses a 1,500 mg vial, 2 mL of diluent, and a 50,000 mcg reference amount.

How this example is calculated: 1,500 mg ÷ 2 mL = 750 mg/mL. The 50,000 mcg reference amount equals 50 mg. That produces a 0.067 mL draw, or 6.667 units on a U-100 syringe.

Syringe units assume a U-100 syringe. Always verify the vial label, syringe type, formulation, and arithmetic independently.
