MOTS-c reconstitution example

This worked example uses a 40 mg vial, 2 mL of diluent, and a 5,000 mcg reference amount.

How this example is calculated: 40 mg ÷ 2 mL = 20 mg/mL. The 5,000 mcg reference amount equals 5 mg. That produces a 0.25 mL draw, or 25 units on a U-100 syringe.

Syringe units assume a U-100 syringe. Always verify the vial label, syringe type, formulation, and arithmetic independently.
