Kisspeptin-10 reconstitution example

This worked example uses a 10 mg vial, 2 mL of diluent, and a 100 mcg reference amount.

How this example is calculated: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL. The 100 mcg reference amount equals 0.1 mg. That produces a 0.02 mL draw, or 2 units on a U-100 syringe.
